Frequently asked questions
Does it really sound natural?
Yes. We use the latest generation of voice AI with natural intonation, interruptions and short response times. In our demo you'll hear it yourself – most callers don't notice they're talking to an AI unless we tell them (which we can do, if you prefer).
What happens if the agent can't answer something?
The agent transfers the call to a colleague, or takes a message and schedules a callback. You receive the transcript immediately. Every unknown question is used to improve the agent.
Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes. You either forward your number to the agent (for example only outside opening hours or when busy), or we port it. A new local number is included in every plan.
Do you work with businesses outside Spain?
Absolutely. We're based in Spain but build agents for clients in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, the UK and beyond. Everything is done remotely: intake by video call, phone numbers in your country, invoicing in euros.
Is this GDPR compliant?
Yes. Calls are processed and stored within the EU, we sign a data processing agreement with you and callers can be informed at the start of the call. Recordings can be deleted automatically after a period you choose.
Are there long-term contracts?
No. After a minimum term of 3 months every plan is cancellable monthly. The setup fee covers the build and is charged once.
